A calendar of events is issued at the start of each term, which contains dates for parents' evenings, curriculum meetings, and any planned school or PA events. It also includes notes and reminders, and term dates. Some dates can be subject to change, and reminder letters are usually sent out closer to the time. Year groups produce their own newsletters at regular intervals, and the Flying Falcon is compiled as a fortnightly newsletter for the whole school. The Parent Handbook is updated annually and issued to parents shortly after the start of the Autumn term, and acts as a reference booklet of general information, school procedures and policies. Current parents are provided with a user name and password in order to access the ‘parents' section, which contains further information about the daily life of the school.
