Chiltern Open Air Museum
On Monday 8th of November, Year 1 braved the elements and visited the Chiltern Open Air Museum. The freezing rain and chilly wind certainly made for an eventful trip! We learnt how to make a brick out of clay and a candle out of beeswax. After an enjoyable packed lunch in the warmth of a walled building, we looked around the olden day homes, spotted some horses and goats and then hot footed it back to our bus!
